MEET PERCY TURNER
Percy Turner didn't start with connections, capital, or a business degree. He started with a truck, a work ethic that wouldn't quit, and a simple belief: if you keep moving forward, you never have to turn around.
After years behind the wheel as an owner-operator, Percy saw firsthand how dispatchers took advantage of drivers — low rates, bad loads, zero communication. He knew there had to be a better way.
So he built it. Never Turner Round was founded on the principle that drivers deserve a dispatcher who actually has their back. Someone who negotiates hard, handles the paperwork, and picks up the phone at 2 AM when something goes wrong on the road.
Today, NTR dispatches owner-operators across the country — and every decision we make starts with one question: is this good for the driver?
